As a newbie, I was thrilled with the ease of booking an appointment. Took my p411 ID and that was it. She was very responsive by email, made sure that we connected over Thanksgiving when her assistant was on vacation. A few texts with her assistant and everything was set. Confirmed the morning of, location given, went on over that night. Great session for a first-timer. Good conversation and a wonderful time.
