I had seen Tiarra's ads in Chicago before but had not been able to meet up with her. She was running a Weds. special and I couldn't pass it up. Whe was not at her incall when I called but gave me a time to be there and meet her. Typical 2 call system once I got there. She met me in a teddy at the door and we introduced ourselves.
