I am pretty much a noob, but Nikki made the verification process and scheduling simple and easy. We had a bit of a moving target for the appointment time, with my arrival by train from another city and her personal lunch not synching up completely. But she was polite in asking to move the time and I was happy to do so. She gave clear instructions on meeting details, and opened the door to let me in as I approached the hotel door. Nikki is a good looking redhead, her pictures are accurate. She was fun and easy going, and completely professional.
