Basic two call system, you call, they give you the cross streets. You call again and they tell you exactly how to get there. When I called I was told Sylvia would come down and escort me up. I had to wait in the alley until she came down. I did kind of feel weird doing that, so acted as if I was on my phone and waited a little bit on the corner the building by the alley. Just so I don't look like a weirdo. Anyway, Sylvia came down... vip's read on. I would repeat.
