Making arrangements was easy. We had to change the days a couple of times because she was delayed getting to Nashville due to weather and travel issues... totally understandable and she was great with communication in letting me know the delays. Great attitude, makes you feel super welcome and like an old friend. We met at a bar/resturaunt just across from the hotel where we had a few drinks and got to know each other. Rachel is extremely friendly and conversation with her was very easy. We made our way back to the hotel and Rachel started water running in a very large tub. I am loving this so far. For more...VIPs read on. Others...imagine a nice bath, massage, and fringes... Go see Rachel! She is wonderful!!!!!
