I emailed Brianne the day before my appointment because I wanted to make sure that I could meet with her do to my work schedule. After a few e-mails and a phone confersation with her booker I was able to set up a time. On the day that we met she sent me an email to confirm our meeting and then followed with specific directions which I did follow.
