Easy to schedule and regular two-call system, but I failed to confirm the timeframe, which I assumed was an hour, only to find that only 45 minutes was available. This was entirely the fault of the scheduler and Samantha was entirely apologetic and did all that she could to make the time worthwhile, which it certainly was. VIPs read on
