I wish I could say that I had the same experience as her positive reviews, and for a half hour I did. But... Our appointment was for 2pm, David called me on the way over to ask if we could change to 2:30. Very professional and courteous and I said no problem. I always carry extra work wherever I go, so even a second small delay that got me to the room around 2:45 was no biggie for me. The details start pretty juicy.
