I called the agency and as a first time agency user, it was a fairly painless process. Essentially, the phone rep checked with my hotel to see if my name matches the room number I said I was staying in. I chose London because she had a really pretty face with big brown doe eyes on the website and she looked better in person; definitely a cutie! The rep told me that London would be about an hour and a half before she could make it over. Overall it was a really fun experience! I would see her again.
