Getting screened was fast and easy. Didn't wait very long to verify and accomodate my schedule. The location however was a little bit confusing because of the gate and location of the room. It was a large walk way but instructions was well given. She responds quickly and greets you with an energetic smile. She communicates well and was able to understand abd make you feel comfortable. I was greeted with a kiss and walked to the bedroom.
