This was m ysecont attempt to schedule. The first was a total bust, she agreed to a time but when I arrived she said she was out paying a bill and would be there within a few minutes. I had already told her I was on a tight schedule. I waited for 30 minutes and she was still "on the way". I had to cancel at that point. She texted me and offered $50 off the previously agreed fee if I still wanted to meet that afternoon. It wasn't an option for me at that point. This time was similar, we had agreed the day before on an early morning meeting. She responded to txt messages early, which really surprised me. But when the time got close she stopped responding. Several hours later she finally responded and asked if I still wanted to meet. Reluctantly I did agree to meet. Overall it was an ok experience, not sure I will repeat for the obvious reasons and a couple others I won't divulge here other than to say I just don't think the chemistry was there for me.
