I saw her website and some reviews on TER and thought I would like to get acquainted. I phoned one day and she was unable to speak, only asked name and a few details, and said touch base tomorrow. I phoned the next day and had little problem setting up an appointment after a few basic questions. The communication part was good- she called when she said she would, and all her instructions and directions to a motel were 100% clear and easy. She has her shit together!
