I arrived punctually 5 minutes ahead of scheduled appointment and texted her that I was at the building. Did not receive any response whatsoever (had exchanged a few texts earlier in the afternoon), I'm sure she had other appointments lined up yet this is extremely unprofessionally. I left 10 minutes after and not even a response thereafter. You have been warned, I'm quite certain there are other providers who will provide similar services at similar prices and give you the time of day. If your cable, car service offered similar dis-service, you would go elsewhere. Be smart about it and spend your $$$ wisely.
