Jazzy is a very nice and attractive African American woman who works out of her small house in North Minneapolis. The neighborhood is very safe, although the road she lives on is busy. Although she does not offer a GFE experience, she has a hot body that she allows you to massage...and then enjoy. Non-VIP's, I may repeat, but would definitely recommend, especially if you like petite women and hot asses!
