Sent an email to arrange a mid-week meeting. LN responded and since I had included my reference information she agreed to the time and date I suggested. A few more emails gave details about meeting. Other reviewers are correct about the quality of the service and and the fact that LN is just nice to be around. I will repeat. VIP's read on.
