I met Nicole on very short notice one afternoon at a hotel. Once she responded to my initial email, we spoke by phone. She checked on references. Her website is very accurate, and provides a lot of personal information which was all true. She is very intelligent, respectful, and a very cheerful lady. She was polite enough to keep me posted when she was running late due to the short notice that I had given her.
