Contacted Courtney via email and she got back to me same day. Spent short amount of time checking references then we agreed on a day/time. Nice neighborhood and lots of available parking. Called her when I got there and she met me at the door to let me in. Nice apartment, very relaxed atmosphere. This was my first time with Courtney so the first few minutes were spent just getting comfortable with each other. She was dressed in a great black dress that was kind of see through.
