I used TER to go through some providers and decided on Alina during my short visit to Orange County. I'm new at this, so pardon my ignorance at certain points. The one thing I've seen repeatedly: Non-VIP's a definite repeat lady. Alina has a sparkling personality, and is very frank about herself. That honesty helped defuse some of my nervousness going into this situation. I deal with a lot of customer service people in my job, and never once did I feel nameless or a number with her. I truly believe her statement that she likes her work.
