Being my first experience with a provider, I was a little nervous. She was completely courteous on the phone, and luckily she was spending time on this side of town so she was nearby. Being nothing but a sweetheart, things felt more like a social call than a business encounter. She greeted me with a hug, smile, and peck on the cheek and after explaining the way the business works to a complete n00b, things got rolling.
