First time with this agency/group so went through screening, non-VIP having an HX profile with ratings makes life much easier now a days. Parking instructions were very clear and super convenient. Cell phone reception can fade so sending confirmation texts & calls will require getting out of your car and into an open area.

Bella was easy to reach with some screening we were able to meet within a couple hours. I entered a familiar hotel and received the rest of the information via text and was greeted by a lovely young lady.
