Filled out the booking form on her website: https://www.missdemilovely.com/, and I eventually heard back within a few days. She was over 1 hr. late and without any notice ahead of time, so buyers beware if you are working with a timetable. Demi is strikingly attractive, beautiful long brunette hair, and has a smoking body; i.e. matched her photos, was a nice person to spend time with, & despite not being a timely or really communicative individual, I would absolutely see her again (this was my second time).
