Sophie Ann was the first to respond to my EMail (out of five or six provider contacted prior to my trip to Dallas). Her tone and way of writing and communicating was straight, honest, quick to understand my messages. She displayed a nice sense of humour and also an intuitive understanding of my wishes and concerns, which made me get an immediate sense that she was really above the lot. I only called her once on the D-Day and the next thing she was knocking on my bedroom door at 9:45 pm in my Dallas Hotel.
