Took a few days to a week to get a hold of Scarlett via email. However, when she was able to respond we were able to set up a time and day pretty smoothly. I accidentally responded a bit late to a confirmation email for the day of our meeting, but Scarlett was able to accommodate by delaying our original time by 30 minutes. I met her at the instructed location. She came out to get me and lead me up to her place. She's really sweet, fun, and professional I will definitely repeat.
