After seeing her TER reviews I e-mailed Anastasia 5 days in advance of my Minneapolis trip to set up a 9 pm appointment. She e-mailed back the next day and we exchanged cell phone #s. Called to give her my room # Tuesday pm. The hotel required a room card to access floors, but she said she'd call if she couldn't hop an elevator, and, lo and behold, at 9 pm there was a knock on the door.
