I called on relative short notice and was happy that Summer could accomodate, but that is where the happiness ended. After being directed to the general area, I was given the wrong directions (cannot tell rights from lefts...a bad sign). Standard two call system, but she was sloppy in speach and what I thought was Marriot was atually Microtel...another bad sign. After waiting for another 20 minutes for her to get ready, I found out I was not at the right hotel. Finally, I found the right place, it was well over 49 minutes from when I needed it to start...VIPs can hear the rest of the poor story.
