Very easy to get in touch with via call and text answered instantly she was about 2 hours later than originally planned but called with a couple hours notice to make sure it worked for me too and was very apologetic. Once we got it straightened out she was on time and better than in the pics didn't try and ask for more once she showed up was everything I wanted and more certainly recommend her its well worth it she makes you feel very comfortable and doesn't seem like her mind is elsewhere the whole time
