I tried to schedule a one hour appointment the same day. The location is next to downtown and it was hard to find parking and was late a few minutes. Ithe was weird standing outside the building trying to call to get it. After a few minutes someone answered and said someone will come open the door. After like 7 minutes a girl came and opened the door. At this point it was already 15 minutes into my appointment. After I got into the room. I waited there for another 15 minutes till she finally showed up. I was about to leave. She apologised for being late and said that it was her first day at this location. The massage started and it was OK, it was done in less than 30 minutes, she let me pay for 30 minutes even though I scheduled 60, which I really appreciate. I Will not repeat, but she is a nice girl.
