First time at this place. They answer the phone. They don't exchange any information over email. YOu have to call. Very easy to set up appointment. You have to call the day of your appointment for the address if you don't know it already.

Called Bella about an hour or so before the requested time hoping she'd be available. She was. We communicated via text. I arrived on time and I got on the table for the massage. The table is in her living room.
