two call system, she had some issues with cell service and she felt terrible about missing P411 request and getting back to me. Voice is so sweet on phone you can imagine how great she is in person. Had the attitude of doing anything to relax and please me Walked in door ,dressed in red teddy and was stunning- makes you feel right art home immediately
