Emailed Heather a week or so before my trip to request a meeting. She responded quickly and we agreed to an outall meeting at the hotel I was staying at. She requested I email her the day prior to confirm which I did and she responded she'd call the day of to get the room number. She did and it worked out that we mutually agreed to meet an hour earlier than scheduled. She arrived on time dressed nicely in a black business like dress with hose and a nice pair of shoes. Non VIP'ers I recommend this lady. She is easy to talk to and puts you at ease with her maturity and attitude.
