I was near by and I called a when I was on the road and she picked up. She needed about 30 minutes to get pampered up to take a shower. I was waiting near by for about 20 minutes and provided a discount for the trouble of waiting. Overall good experience but was a bit chatty. Very nice person and makes you feel comfortable. VIPs.
