Emailed Jessica first to set up an appointment. She did repley with times that she would be available as she was not at her location with is a small strip mall. Apartment type set up on the second floor. Had to call her to actually set up a time. Made some arrangements but was instructed to call before heading over. Called several times but had to leave a message on her voicemail. After repeated voicemails set up a time. Maybe should have gotten a hint by what it took to set up an appointment. I will say however that Jessica is a sweet girl but there maybe other choices.
