I’m a very private person and had never done this type of thing, and Jenny Kimm was extraordinarily helpful and provided me with a time I will always remember and cherish.  I introduced myself to her with a very respectful email, telling a little about myself and requesting a three-hour appointment a few weeks away.  She answered promptly and asked for screening info – govt ID and LinkedIn or job website. I was reluctant to provide that, and I also didn’t have references.  She was a little doubtful at first but willing to work with me and she found a way to confirm that I was okay that protected my privacy but protected her as well.  I can’t say it will work for everyone, but I am very grateful for her patience and resourcefulness.  It was more than worth the wait. Leading up to our meeting, we exchanged some banter by email and sort of got to know each other, which just heightened the anticipation.
