Called from airport - she picked up and instantly put me at ease. She had just returned from a full day car trip to help a friend relocate some huskies. She said she was up for a visit and we set up a time for that afternoon. Two call system to get me close. Upon arrival, her front door was slightly ajar. I knocked, she said come in. Lavanna was sitting on her couch in a teddy smiling. We both smiled as she got up to greet me. I placed the donation on her table.
