Got to the hotel parking lot two minutes before my appointment time, texted and was given the room number within seconds. Went on up to a welcome by a bright and cheerful young woman who is exactly as cute as in her photo. Carrie's easy, friendly nature put me at ease right away, and then she said that she was ready to follow my lead.
