The scheduling was easy through the board. Quick callback and we were on at short notice. I had some schedule changes, otherwise I’m usually someone who books way in advance and does my due diligence before the session. Annika was on time, well dressed and a lovely person to speak to. Very endearing and broke the ice quite deftly. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely repeat.
