This is the first time I've seen a provider through an agency. I'll admit, I was a bit hesitant at first going through a middle-person, in this case Julia, her booking coordinator. My reservations was mostly in communicating to someone that wasn't my provider. All my concerns were put to rest as the process went to completion. The entire engagement was seamless I have not had a lot of previous provider experiences, but, more often than not there always seems to be some sort of snafu leading up to the appointment date. Tardiness, weird lapses in communication, last minute cancellations / requests to reschedule, you name it None here. Everything went off without a hitch, and the punctuality was spot on. A few extra steps in the screening process, but nothing crazy. Everything in the screening process is what you'd expect from a high end provider Violet is everything that is advertised and then some. Gracious, kind, and atheistically a knockout. For those like myself that find intelligence attractive, you'll get it in spades
