I was in the mood for some extra cushion at this point in my trip to Phoenix. Saw a few ads for Anne on BP - her latest was for BJ's only - found out why (more than I wanted to know) when I called her. She was unavailable on Sunday when I called her but emailed me on Monday that she was back to full strength / menu. Set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon & she was right on time.
