Rachel is a strategic thinker; a businesswoman who knows that each contact with a client is an opportunity to create a repeat customer and build anticipation. She promptly returned my call and we scheduled a lunch date for a few days later. The morning of our date, she called to confirm and gave me final directions. Rachel is so alluring on the phone, I couldn’t wait for “lunch”. I didn’t eat at all, but our lunch was one of the most satisfying . . . with over ten years in the hobby, this was the best, most complete experience I’ve had.
