Scheduled my visit through the website/number, was able to text since I have used them before. Showed up on time to a really cool older building (well maintained and neat). Upon entering she spent 2-3 minutes showing me around (changing area, bathroom/shower, massage area and kitchen) and told me to make myself comfortable. She said once I was undressed to get comfortable on the massage table... which I did.
