I was nervous about visiting because of some previous reviews but went for it anyway. She too was concerned about her reviews & sincerely wanted to change perception of her. He indicated that she had many visitors who were "not nice" to her. She does have a hearing disability but while communication was not super easy, it was not a problem either. She is a sweet girl & I would probably repeat.
