Set up the appointment via p-411 request form and she contacted me about 90 minutes later while I was en route to my hotel. I called her back once I checked in and gave her the room number. She was about 30 minutes late for the scheduled appointment time and spent an oddly long time in the bathroom upon arrival but promised to make up for it by adding some time to the end of the session, which she did. So no harm, no foul. Alicia is a sweet young woman who enjoys her work. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her and recommend her highly.
