Extremely professional and laid back. The mood was lighthearted the whole time which put me at ease. I would recommend and will repeat. As a side note, Lucy mentioned that her twitter and gmail have been hacked and are currently not under her control. If you wish to contact her use the protonmail address and her personal site to avoid getting scammed. I can confirm provider is real, and worth it, just use the proper channels to avoid a scam.
