She was 15 minutes late, but that wasn't a problem considering she's good at communicating and worth the wait. She didn't feel like a clock watcher at all. She made me feel comfortable even though I was very uncomfortable to start; she got to know me a bit first and was attentive to those details. She's so tiny but physically fit and toned; she's a take charge type but also let me take the lead when I chose to.
