Finally was able to call her and arrange an appointment.It seemed that when I was in her area previously she was unable to fit me in.She was very pleasant on the phone and directed me to a rather nice apartment in a fairly good area of Baltimore.The overall experience was somewhere between good and average.I am not sure if I would repeat.
