Setting an appointment with her was a breeze. I couldn't reach her, but she messaged me back with a very discreet I missed a call from this number from there on it was as simple as possible. I got terribly lost because I am new to the area and didn't know about the 520 bridge being closed, I told her and she was nice enough to guide me and wait for me for more than 30 minutes.
