I have seen Betina three times now - each time was for multiple hours for both fun and fine dining. She is like one of those appetizers in an incredible restaurant. The presentation is beautiful, you take a bite and the flavors explode in your mouth then out of left field you are hit with an unexpected surge of spice – like raw Wasabi and you just go Wow! She is not the girl next door type – she is a force of nature and a great deal of fun.
