Had some issues with the agency. Scheduled meeting days in advance but when the date arrived was told she was changing hotels and could I wait 1 hour. When I called back they said she was delayed another 2 hours. I rescheduled for the next day and when I called to confirm they told me she was delayed 30 minutes. Not too excited about this run around, but I perservered and kept the reservation. It was not Cassie's fault. The agency needs to work on the schedule. When I finally got to the room...VIPs
