Location is a hotel, so it will be alerting since that's where LE can sting. This one is OK though. Very intelligent, and welcoming. You'll be at ease as soon as she starts speaking.

Admittedly, it makes you feel kind of exposed standing in the open on such a busy crossroad. There were guys sitting in a utility truck having lunch which makes you think they're LE (false alarm). Once she opened the door you forget about the outside. Provider's name sounded like Chelsea, but was not easy to hear with the accent combined with a mask.
