I'd been to AMPs a lot, but this was my first FS experience. I was nervous but excited and Nicha immediately put me at ease, and thanks to her personality and her amazing skills by the time we hit the halfway mark I was literally more relaxed than I can ever remember being, and it's hard to put a price tag on that.
